Jennifer Willis of Truckee, CA for her bravery when she asked two men to pick up their litter, telling them it's illegal and wrong to litter anywhere, but especially in such a beautiful place as Lake Tahoe. Christina Boyd of King George, VA for her tenacity in dealing on the telephone with her cable company, when she not only insisted that her bill be corrected, but spoke to the supervisor about the rude "customer service" representative.
